*stretch*yawn*
Ahh time for a break.
I've got a 5 page minimum (so of course I need to write at least six ^_~) research paper due Friday. That's what I've been working on for the last few days. I spent hours searching for sources because I needed five... so far I've only got four so I have no idea what I'm going to do about that. Then I finally made a tentative outline, and now I've started my rough draft. It's up to a little over three pages now. Oh, my topic is "The uses and dangers of artificial sweeteners". It's actually kind of interesting. Although I wish I could have done it on something pertaining to history or art or literature or philosophy... but since my major is Food Science and Nutrition, I suppose it's only natural that I have to write papers on things pertaining to food.
I also have a test tomorrow in my consumer education class, that I'm not 100% prepared for, but that I have every confidence in receiving at least a B in as long as I put some effort into it.
I've allowed my grades to slip a bit over the last two months, so now I really need to apply myself. I'm hoping that the new-found discipline techniques that I've required will allow me to discontinue that procrastinating habit and make even better grades in the following semesters.
